Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published nor is under consideration by another journal (unless explained in “Comments to the Editor”).
• The file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF format.
• URLs for references have been provided where available
• The text is single-spaced, in 12-point font, with italics (not underlining, except in URLs).
• All illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded at appropriate points in the text.
• The text follows the stylistic and bibliographic requirements in the Author Guidelines
• DOI is included for each reference where available. Example:
